Challenges and Opportunities of the Internationalization of Caribbean Higher Education Institutions

Target groups:The target group is composed by Caribbean Higher Education Institutions, Development agencies, Ministry of Education, Researchers and Students, and any other entities related to Higher Education.
The University APEC and the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) are co-organizing an International Conference in the framework of EUCANET that will be held the 28th & 29th of September in Santo Domingo.
The Conference will be launch the 28th of September at UNAPEC facilities and will be followed by the 1st International Higher Education Fair.
The second day, 29th of September, the conference will continue at UASD with the implementation of the 2nd International Fair.
The main objectives of this event is:
- to facilitate students and researchers mobilities
- to promote transparency during the validation of credits
- to dimension the higher education at an international level
- to present the EUCANET network which is composed by the Caribbean partners in order to attract new members
This conference will be followed by an internal project partner meeting on Friday 30th September.
